The activation of goods occurs automatically. Use your login and password to access the site, download the product and install it according to the attached instructions.

If within 20 minutes you did not receive an email from Kobal with the login and password, then check the "Spam" folder in your mailbox. If it was not there, either use automatic password recovery or contact technical support.

Keep it in your mailbox while you play with our products. It is this unique code that confirms the payment of the product. It may be necessary for you in case of contacting technical support, exchanging the product, etc.

If you bought by mistake the wrong product and did not use it, then you can contact technical support by specifying your mail and a unique code for the contents of the product.

Return of goods after receipt is not possible due to the fact that the buyer acquires the right to use, which relates to the objects of copyright .The fact of the receipt of the product is the generation of a registration key (a unique code for the contents of the product) or downloading the full version of the software product. Information about the generation of registration keys and the information about downloading files are stored on the server (site) of the seller.

The first step is to contact our technical support. If we cannot help you, we will refund your purchase!

Please note that the refund is only made if the buyer has followed all the recommendations of the seller, but the product still does not work.
The mechanism for making refunds for purchased goods:
Webmoney: the amount is returned minus the commissions of the Digiseller service (1.5%), Webmoney for the transfer to us (0.8%) and Webmoney for the refund (0.8%).
QIWI: the amount is refunded minus the commissions of the Digiseller service (1.5%), Webmoney for the transfer to us (0.8%) and also minus the amount necessary to transfer money from the WMR purse to the fixed QIWI account (2.2%).
Yandex.Money: the amount is returned minus the commissions of the Digiseller service (1.5%), Webmoney for the transfer to us (0.8%) and also minus the amount necessary to transfer money from the WMR purse to the fixed Yandex.Money account (3.9%).
Note that the deductions come from the original price of the product that you purchased, without taking into account the aggregator`s mark-up. For example: if the goods cost 200 rubles, but when paying, for example, through Yandex.Money, you pay 20 rubles more, then the deduction will be from the original price (200 rubles), and not the one you paid (220 rubles).
